The OCT test takes only a few minutes and the equipment never touches your eye.  The test allows the doctor to see the different layers of the eye. These images are assessed for any abnormalities. 

The images provided by the equipment help with early detection and diagnoses of many ocular diseases including Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, and Diabetic Retinopathy to name a few. The OCT also enables the doctor to help monitor and detect any changes that occur.

This instrument has become an essential part of our practice.
